Relational Alchemy
A six-month mentoring program in tantra, mindfulness, and conscious partnership
A romantic relationship is more than just two people sharing their daily lives.
When two people meet, a third space is created.
A shared space.
A shared energy.
A relationship with its own history, its own possibilities, and its own direction.
Relational Alchemy is a six-month mentoring program created by Adam Mads Heindorf for people in romantic relationships.
This program is designed for people who want to explore their romantic relationships and partnerships with greater awareness, presence, honesty, intimacy, and love.
Through mentoring sessions, soul imagery, meditation, energy work, reflection, and individual practices, the relationship is invited to become a living path toward a deeper understanding of both oneself and one another.
The program is inspired by tantra and draws on Adam Mads Heindorf’s many years of work with people, relationships, healing, meditation, and consciousness work.
Every relationship is unique.
That is why the process is continuously shaped based on you, your relationship, and whatever requires attention along the way.
The Image of the Soul as a Foundation
The process begins with a spiritual portrait of your relationship.
A symbolic image of the space that arises between you.
Of your soulful encounter.
Of the qualities, potentials, and themes inherent in the relationship.
The image of the soul becomes the foundation for the entire process.
It serves as a compass and a guide through the process.
A picture you can look back on again and again.
A mirror that reveals new layers of understanding as the relationship unfolds.
Along the way, you’ll actively work with the image of the soul through meditation, energy work, reflection, and mindfulness practices.
Monthly mentoring sessions
Once a month, you’ll meet with Adam for a group mentoring session.
Here, we explore what is alive in the relationship right now.
Sometimes it's all about communication.
Other times, about intimacy, sexuality, trust, longings, differences, or life choices.
The sessions always focus on what's currently going on in your relationship.
Weekly Practices
Between sessions, you will receive a practice or exercise tailored specifically to your process.
All practices stem from Tantra’s fundamental understanding of consciousness, presence, and relationship.
The exercises may take the form of meditation, communication, touch, energy and healing work, sexuality, reflection, or creative practices that support the specific process that is unfolding.
These practices may include, for example:
Meditation
Eyegazing
Conscious Communication
Touch and Presence
Energy Work
Breathing Exercises
Intimacy Exercises
Tantra Exercises
Reflection Assignments
For some people, the creative field can become a natural part of their journey.
This can be done, for example, through drawing, painting, symbolic work, or other creative processes that open the door to new perspectives and conversations.
Some exercises are done while sitting across from each other.
Others involve movement, touch, or sexuality.
Some take place with participants fully clothed.
Others invite greater physical intimacy.
Everything is tailored to your individual needs and shaped based on your experience, preferences, and limits.
Everything is an invitation
There are no exercises that must be performed in a specific way.
All practices are invitations to explore.
If an exercise triggers resistance, discomfort, or feels wrong, it becomes a natural part of the process to explore why.
Sometimes the exercise is to immerse yourself in the experience.
Other times, the exercise is to set a boundary, speak up, or find a way that feels more authentic.
This, too, can be shared with both your partner and your mentor and becomes a valuable part of the shared learning experience.
Derefter skriver I jeres refleksioner i dagbogen. Her er der plads til at uddybe oplevelsen og samle de indsigter, som lander undervejs eller bliver tydeligere med lidt afstand.
What was moving?
What surprised you?
What became clearer?
What would you like to see develop further?
Refleksionerne i dagbogen deles både med Adam og med hinanden.
The journal thus becomes part of our shared practice and creates an opportunity to be acknowledged, seen, and understood on a deeper level.
Over time, a valuable map of the relationship’s journey emerges, making it possible to see patterns, shifts, and insights that might otherwise easily be lost.
Daily Meditation
You'll gain access to a simple daily meditation practice.
Meditation helps you connect with yourselves, with each other, and with the direction the relationship wants to take.
The image of the soul is a natural part of this practice.
The Relational Contract
As part of Relational Alchemy, you enter into a relational contract.
The contract establishes a shared foundation of honesty, trust, accountability, and mindful communication throughout the process. It helps you clarify your intentions and create a safe and clear space for the process you are embarking on together.
The contract is inspired by the tantric tradition of conscious partnerships.
At Adamas, we provide a well-designed template that you can use as is or customize as needed.
Commitment
Relational Alchemy is designed for people who sincerely want to commit to their relationship.
Most of the work takes place between sessions through practice, reflection, and the conversations that arise along the way.
When both people approach the situation with curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to explore themselves and each other, a strong foundation for change is established.
This program is therefore best suited for people who want to prioritize the process and devote the necessary time, attention, and energy to it.
Many people find that working on their relationship also brings about positive changes in their romantic relationships, family life, friendships, and interactions with others.
About Adam Mads Heindorf
Relational Alchemy stems from Adam Mads Heindorf’s many years of work with tantra, meditation, energy work, healing, relationships, and consciousness work.
The program is also inspired by his own life experiences and by his extensive mentoring work focusing on tantra, romantic relationships, and personal development.
Adam er spirituel vejleder med fokus på nærvær, bevidsthed og relationer.
As a tantric practitioner, healer, seer, goldsmith, and founder of Adamas, Adam works with relationships as a mirror for human growth, presence, and consciousness.
His approach is based on a combination of intuition, practical experience, and a desire to create safe spaces where people can connect with themselves and one another with greater honesty and love.
From here, the kind of love and partnership that is genuine and vital to the relationship can have the opportunity to flourish.
Time and Setting
Relational Alchemy follows the process rather than a set number of minutes.
Some conversations are simple and clarifying.
Others explore broader themes and trends within the relationship.
As a general rule, mentoring sessions typically last between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the needs of the process.
Time is set aside to foster presence, clarity, and a meaningful next step in the work.
Between sessions, reflections, insights, exercises, or feedback may arise, which are shared in writing when it benefits the process.
The quality of the work and the development that unfolds throughout the process are the cornerstones of the entire journey.

Life goes on, and there may be times when you have less energy.
Some weeks, the process takes up a lot of time.
Other weeks, less.
Relational Alchemy was created as a dynamic support for the relationship through both of these aspects.
The most important thing is the willingness to return to the process again and again.
Soul Jewelry
The shared image of the soul can also serve as the basis for a piece of soul jewelry.
A physical symbol of your soul connection, the essence of your relationship, and the path you’re walking together.
Some choose a single piece of jewelry to share. Others choose to have a piece of jewelry made for each partner, based on the same symbol.
The soul jewelry can serve as a daily reminder of the connection, the love, and the insights that emerge through the relationship.
The "Soul Jewelry" program is an optional activity that is separate from the mentoring program itself.
